Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of pith.tools and app.pith.tools, operated by FlintHorn LLC ("Pith", "we", "us"). By using Pith, you agree to these terms.

Account and billing

Accounts require a valid email address and credit card. The 14-day free trial starts at registration and auto-converts to a paid Starter plan on day 15 unless cancelled. Cancel anytime from account settings.

Page credits reset on the first of each month. Unused credits do not roll over. There are no overages — processing stops when you reach your monthly limit.

Acceptable use

You may use Pith for lawful document processing purposes. You may not upload documents you do not have the right to process, use Pith to generate content that violates applicable law, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.

Your content

You retain ownership of documents you upload and content extracted from them. You grant us the limited right to process your documents to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or extraction errors.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
