Pricing questions
What counts as a page?
A page is a single page of a document — the same definition as a printed page. Page count is determined at upload time before extraction begins, so you always know the cost before processing starts.
What happens when I hit my page limit?
Processing stops and you'll see a banner showing how many pages you've used. There are no overages — Pith uses hard caps. Upgrade your plan to continue processing for the rest of the month.
Do unused pages roll over?
No. Page credits reset on the first of each month. Unused pages do not carry over.
What CMS platforms does Pith support?
Sanity is the first CMS connector. WordPress, Contentful, and others are on the roadmap. All plans include all available connectors — there are no connector-based tier restrictions.
How accurate is the AI extraction?
Accuracy depends on document quality and how precisely you define your extraction templates. Every extracted value comes with a confidence score so you can see exactly what the AI is uncertain about before anything goes to your CMS.
Is my document data secure?
Documents are processed and stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure. Files are stored in isolated R2 buckets per organization. We do not use your documents to train AI models.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. During the 14-day trial, cancel before day 15 and you will not be charged. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free tier?
No. There is no permanent free tier. The 14-day free trial gives you full access to the Starter plan to evaluate whether Pith works for your use case.
