Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how FlintHorn LLC ("Pith", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use pith.tools and app.pith.tools.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: account registration details (name, email, organization), documents you upload for processing, extraction templates and project configurations, and messages you send us.

We collect information automatically: usage data (pages processed, features used), log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited), and cookies necessary for authentication and session management.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide the Pith service: processing documents you upload, running extraction pipelines, pushing content to your connected CMS, and managing your account and billing.

We do not use your documents or extracted content to train AI models. Your content is yours.

Data storage and security

Documents and extracted content are stored in Cloudflare R2, isolated per organization. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We retain documents for 90 days after processing unless you delete them sooner.

Third parties

We share data with: Cloudflare (infrastructure), Anthropic (AI extraction — document content is sent for processing), Stripe (billing), and BetterAuth (authentication). We do not sell your data to third parties.
